I got obsessed with Paris in about 2000 and started going there two or three times a year up until the pandemic. And even then I went a few times. But I haven't been since 2022 and am beginning to go cwazy.
I almost never leave Paris when I'm there, aside from one trip to the Loire Valley. Not that I don't want to travel around France, but once I get to Paris I can't stand the idea of leaving.
I know! I'm working on putting together a trip to Paris in March or April. Then I have to come back and work on The Split. (The plan is to post the final chapter just before the election in November.) Then I may consult with you on future French travel plans. After that: the sequel!
That bird is adorable. And the way you did the gif, it looks like he is running up, sees the word and then runs toward the camera so excited for the new TABS. I always wanted a bird but my father said they were too messy and too noisy. SIGH.
Birb got the zoomies!
The swift pattering sound of that pretty boid's widdle feets as it scampers and tweets so melodically is just absolutely ADORBS!
Where are you in France? And why aren't I there?
I’m near Angouleme, SW quadrant of the country. And yes, you SHOULD be here!

It is a wonderful city. Although I do recommend the less-traveled roads too. There are a lot of fun regions to discover.

Oh yes, I’d be happy to advise on vacation plans.
And super-yes on The Split. I’m loving it, as terrifying as I find it’s almost-reality.

I LOVE this but a quick correction. The Australian state is New South Wales, not South Wales.
Oh thanks, I’ll fix that.
