Thank you once again. Besides love of the French countryside, I share with you my horrible reflexes. When my then 8yo nephew allowed me to try Mortal Combat, I was so bad he took the controller back in frustration after just a minutes. 🤪
Thanks for the info, Martini. The first video game I played (Nov 12, 1981) was Centipede. I didn't like Space Invaders because I wasn't very good at it either. I really hated playing games in public because you attracted a crowd of kids who were out of money or who wanted to see if a girl could play. I was a college student and had better things to do with both time and money but it was addictive. My mother bought the original Atari that Xmas so no more playing in public or wasting money. YAY!
