Now you've reminded me of a hazard of this time of year in my yard. Concord grapes came with the house. Yellow jackets like them. They eat out the innards, leaving just the skin, and sometimes crawl into the skin and sleep it off. So you need to be vigilant when you're picking the grapes not to pick sleeping yellow jackets as well.
Most people only do it once. These are not aggressive, mean yellow jackets, but they do have stingers, and they may get somewhat perturbed if they wake up in your kitchen and can't figure out how to get out.
