A bear cub could take a nap with mom, but it’s way more interesting to investigate a new potential friend/snack that has perched nearby. Unfortunately the raven is a little too quick for our cub friend to figure out if its playmate or tasty. Plus, there’s that whole flying ability that is keeping the bird well out of paw’s reach. Sorry little cub, more practice is required before you get to full apex predator mode.
The cute little scene was captured by wildlife photographer Marina Cano, a native of Spain. Cano has published four books filled with her captivating nature photogaphy. Her work has been featured in National Geographic and she has been awarded the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year twice. Tiny cub! Didn't know they came in that size. Ta Martini.
That is too adorable. That raven is saying "keep away from me bear. I taste terrible. Don't make me do it. Don't make me do it! You made me do it. HA HA, you didn't know I could fly, did you?"
Thanks, Martini for the morning sunshine.
